Store Policies
Below you will find a list of our store policies:
Custom Orders: All custom orders are final, except in the case of a physical defect to the item. If this is the case, notify CB • Branded within 1 week of receiving the shipment. We are not responsible for any weight gain or loss from the time order was placed, and we measure our items after completion before we ship them out to you to ensure they will fit the measurements on file and as a means of quality control.
Custom Order Timeline: Custom Order Timeline is an approximate lead time. Our lead time is ever-changing depending on the season or the number of orders in front of you. I will do everything in my power to have your garment to you in the given lead time, but each item is handmade and I cannot guarantee a specific date under any circumstances.
Cancellation Policy: Once an order has been placed, we do not cancel an order for any reason. You can switch size if needed by contacting us (FB messages is the best way for this), but we do not do refunds because you no longer want your order. Again, we will not cancel or refund an order for any reason whatsoever.
RETURNS: No returns. These are considered final sales.
Once tracking is available, we are no longer responsible for your purchased merchandise.
